Make sure you click on criminal cases on the left hand side. When the link pops up, it is on civil cases.

Not sure what he is doing but it looks like he is asking for records from the SLC gas station and Walmart concerning the gas cans. Maybe it is video tape or their transaction history to prove she did not return the gas can.

That's what it looks like to me, also. Maybe he's going to hit her with a stack of transactions from that day/week to hammer home the point that she didn't return the gas can.

At that point, though, I really think she'd just say she must have returned it to a different Wal-Mart. Jodi is quick on her feet - she lies quicker than anyone I've ever seen.

I got it. He wants to show from all the returns that day there were no gas cans. Not sure what it he is doing with the gas. I have a feeling Miss. Jodi won't be leaving the stand for a while.

ITA. Can't wait for tomorrow's testimony. Gotta get my typing fingers ready for the next set of jury questions, though.

Anyone know how long this can go on? If the jury continues asking questions, can it just go on ad infinitum with the back and forth and more questions, then the D/P going over those, or is there a point where the judge will say enough?

I was hoping Juan already had a hard copy of the Walmart returns for that day just to be positive there wasn't a gas can returned that day. I just don't want anything to mess up the prosecutions case.

There is not to many gas stations that have video outside as it very costly. The inside uses what they call multiplexers, meaning that you can not view it on a normal DVD player. I would be very surprised a gas station in the desert would have that.

I bet Nurmi is trying to get this recent identity theft case/arrest in to make it look like it was Travis. If so, he is even bigger scum than I thought.

I hope Nurmi is not really that ignorant to try that as that is so easy to prove, it is called Travis' brother and the mug shot. Another discredit to the defense.

Did anyone notice further down a motion to preclude Dr Demartin's conclusions pursuant to "Sara'.

Wonder if that is the mysterious psychologist in San Diego noone is talking about but wonder who could Sara be?

Anyone know what all that lingo means?
