I know. I found myself searching youtube for prior testimony today.

I did too and I found a clip that was probably posted way back when it happened. Probably on the 1st thread. But since we are on #3, I thought I'd mention it in case someone hasn't seen it. I was completely shocked.

When JM was questioning TA's ex girlfriend and he showed her the autopsy photo of TA's throat. His sister ran out. This guy paused so you can see the picture. Oh my lord.

I think I somewhat know the answers, but anyone please feel free to correct me if I am wrong ...

1. JA put TA in the shower to wash him off after she killed him ...

2. The box in the closet suggests JA probably tried to clean up after the murder ... The water line (a mix of water & blood) shows just how much water she must have used on the floor to do so ...

3. I think Cancun, JA's jealous obsession with TA, and TA wanting nothing to do with JA anymore are all parts of the motive ...

4. According to the police report, the roommates were in and out of the house during those 4 days ... They just thought TA had gone on his trip to Cancun and that's why they hadn't seen him ...

My personal opinion is that Travis was supposed to die easily in the shower. Murdering him was messier than she thought and took longer to clean up. The roommate was due home very soon, so I imagine she tried a few things and then just got out of there.

I think she put him back in the shower to clean him off and so there wouldn't be any blood seeping through from the carpet area where the neck wound happened. It would give her more time before the body would be found.

Did I read that the sheets were in the dryer and the camera and clothing were in the washer? So he must have thrown the sheets in the washer earlier that afternoon and then she put his clothes and camera in the washer after the murder?

Last night I was watching E Entertainment and Hollywood Access and they briefly discussed the JA case.

They showed the CHICKEN DANCE clip and then proceeded to state that this video was taken a few months before JA killed him.

NO, I do not believe that is accurate.

That chicken dance video was taken (from what I have read) basically the FIRST day they MET.

Does anyone KNOW????

So I was looking at all the CRIME SCENE photos again in the FIRST POST and I saw where JA was living at her Grandmother's. Those conditions look to be of someone that is very very poor. And yet JA testified on the stand that HER car - Infinity was a much better car than Travis' BMW … ?

How does she live in those conditions and own an Infinity?

I cannot imagine what she most of thought of Travis' beautiful 4500 sq foot home.

Also, did JA drive her Infinity to the car rental place ? How did she get there ?

Even a Infinity is costly. Why do I want to say that someone drove her to Redding to pick up the car. I don't know about the home. She bought that home with Darryl and then walked away from it when she met Travis. One can only speculate that if she stayed with Travis and then someone else came along she might of left him to.

I have been wondering a lot about JA's financial situation myself. The breast enhancement surgery, the car she drove, etc. - and yet she always seemed to jump from crappy job to crappy job? How does one pay for all those things (I wouldn't know about the surgery, but I've heard it can be crazy expensive.)? She talks about lending Travis money and him owing her, but I'm wondering how many people have supported her over the years.

How does one pay for all those things (I wouldn't know about the surgery, but I've heard it can be crazy expensive.)? She talks about lending Travis money and him owing her, but I'm wondering how many people have supported her over the years.

Darryl must of paid for the enhancement. I don't think Travis borrowed money from her. The checks were for the payment on the car she bought from him.

I saw those, yes she lived in a cramped space. I wonder how her mom and dad lived? They owned a restaurant, so I am sure they probably had a nice home. I am sure she felt like a millionaire being with Travis. That may also be some of the anger she felt knowing that none of that was going to be any of hers. And the thought of some else having it with Travis may have been to much also.
