He amended the report December, 2012. Wonder how much of a bonus he got for doing that? Whatever it was, I hope it was big, because his career is toast now.

But if he did not provide it to the State, it shouldn't be admitted, right? His deposition was in 2011, I believe. Unless, they discussed this during the interview on Thursday.

Here we have a man that is so similar to Jodi. He actually thought he could march into court and sort of wing it and outsmart the prosecutor by answering off his hip w subjective answers. I can only imagine DT in Jan 2009 telling Samuels, "go interview her but be very vague. Tape nothing. Create nothing that can be admitted"

I wish we could limit the amount of bench approached to so many per day. This judge wants to here any objection to ensure the jurors verdict isnt reversed on appeal on some small technicality on the judges part. It s probably a smart move just extra boring and slow for us viewers and jurors.

He had a long period of time to provide the prosecutor with the report. There's no excuse.

Not surprising. There is an objection every 30 seconds. At this rate, Samuels will be on the stand all week. Dang. This is taking forever.

Anything changed or new brought in from either side needs to be submitted right away, this is the second time that the defense has tried this.

All I can say is, I hope the DT is paying this man well for getting up in front of the country and making a complete fool out of himself. Can you imagine anyone wanting to hire him for THEIR defense after this?

Nope. I bet he already had the update for his website ready to go..."As seen in the Jodi Arias Trial". Might have to get a hair replacement and a new name.

This doctor only met JA 12 times ... Why is he having so much trouble finding his notes? ... How many notes could he have taken and not been able to keep them organized? ...

And only 25 - 30 hours. Honestly, even not knowing if it's 25 or 30 hours bothers me. This is a trial...a BIG trial. Numbers and facts are everything.

No tape recordings, no dates in the paperwork, no lists of questions to go along with lists of answers.

Samuels has been discredited. I don't know how the DT will rehabilitate his testimony. If you want a laugh, go over to the jodi arias is innocent website. They think the prosecution is doing a horrible job, and JM shouldn't be allowed to be "bullying" a expert professional witness. The comments over there are crazy.

I agree with the commentator on HLN in that Juan is kind of making it look personal against the expert. She commented on the fact that he should have said Jodi was the only one he interviewed and she is a liar.
