That makes 3 of us then. Kinda. I don't do FB. Everybody keeps getting me to try and join. I have my reasons why I don't.

I do have a Twitter account, but very rarely ever go to there. I'll visit it about once a year and I usually don't tweet anything.

This is the only social network site I visit.

As long as you have the twitter account you can at least look at Vinnies tweets.

Very interesting thoughts - thank you. I hadn't thought of it that way and you're 100% right, she had the right not to get up there and blabber on for 10+ days ... everything she says can be used against her (in a court of law ).

Anyone know if there are any practicing attorneys on the DIS? Anyone want to make a shout-out and see if we can lure someone else into this madness and clear up a few things for us?

I've been trying to recruit some of the attorneys I work with, but they're all too busy with their own cases.

I hope so, but it's gotta be 1st degree premeditated to lock her away for life or put her to death.

I thought first degree with DP.
2nd degree with life (without parole).
And manslaughter of course is max 1o years...

That's why it has to be 1st degree, death, life without parole, or life with parole after 25 years.

If they come back with a 2nd degree conviction, it's not less than 10 nor more than 25 years in prison.

So 1st degree is the ONLY thing we want...
2nd degree would be 10-25. NO not acceptable.

I agree Manslaughter is not even in the equation..

So 1st would be PREMEDITATED (which we all know it was).
2nd degree is NOT premeditated....
Manslaughter was not intentional (Self defense)?

Yeah, wanted to see what the story is on this Pistorius guy, just what we need, another murder case, huh?

Interesting that the one friend (Donovan Bering) on the Arias story differed from the other friend who said that Arias thought she was going to be acquitted, not according to Bering.

Loved when Abe Abdelhadi compared Jodi's story telling to PPL's technique of selling and sale closure of their insurance.

1) Happy anniversary UR and Jen! (So you know, I imagine you to look like UR in your avatar and imagine your wife to look like a country bumpkin like the lady in Pete's Dragon...the one who tries to get Pete...I know it's not true but it makes me laugh!)

2) TruTV (ex-court tv) is TERRIBLE with their "reality". I love Forensic Files and the Investigators..but they don't show much of that.

3) I thought the cup was found ON Travis?

4) On Dr. Drew, Monday, he will have previous friends of Jodi who *knew* something wasn't right about her. When I hear things like that, it makes me think these people just want their 5 minutes of fame.

Very Plausible.

I think she thought she could stab him in the heart and he would die (which he would have eventually) but when he came out of the shower she had to do something else.
I do think she shot him as an afterthought to make it look like self defense.
