It's getting so bad now (the testimony) that I'm afraid someone in Travis' family will reach some kind of breaking point (like before, running from the room or worse) and if it's bad enough, there will be a mistrial. And dear Lord, I can't go through this again.

She referred to them hurting her finger and she held up a hand to show him.
They are checking the tapes to see which hand it was.

Let's hope she gets caught in another lie for the jury to see.

Dave Hall, Travis' friend, was on JVM. Synopsis of what he said...

He's infuriated listening to Jodi testify. The first version was that she wasn't there. Then when they told her she was there, the Ninjas were there and the only injury she had was that the Ninjas cut her ring finger, then 12 hours after she butchers Travis she shows up in Utah to hang out with him and his friends and she's got that same left ring finger bandaged, and then she tells the court today that Travis broke that finger. She's got 10 fingers, and "I find it very suspicious that the ONE FINGER on your left hand kept getting injured by everybody out there." He thinks Travis did injure that finger, but she's got the timeline wrong...it was injured trying to protect himself.

Ack...the channel just changed. I must be recording two shows. Oh well...you get the gist of it!

Prosecutor can't wait. He probably has all his questions typed and ready to go. He will bring out the most important details. He doesn't want to bring up points that won't be beneficial. He wants to keep the jury on track of what Jodi did to him.
