I think that could be used as part of her defense coz her claim now is she killed him because he was a sex predator and abusive.

So are the letters in question back on the table as evidence? If not I don't know what there is. If she was physically abused, um wouldn't there be marks or bruises on her body?

I think the defense is still fighting for them to be admitted as evidence and I'm sure the domestic violence expert will testify abused people don't always have signs of physical abuse (i.e. abuse takes many forms).

I've read that this former girlfriend Lisa wrote a *blog in which she said essentially the same thing as Jodi, that it's hard to get away from Travis, he doesn't take no as an answer. I just wonder if that might be another reason why she doesn't want to testify.

I think ABC was just using their allotted time to broadcast the trial and since the judge called recess so damn early they just filled in with what they had taped rather than go dark.

As far as Lisa and her story, hey, who knows?

If I was the defense, I'd put forth why did Travis ask Mimi Hall rather than a buddy to go on this trip to Cancun, afterall, she already told him she wasn't interested. Was he gonna try to woo her again?

I'm getting kinda anxious to hear arguments presented by the defense.
