OK...she got up and went into the bathroom...I think that's when she parked the gun in there and maybe the knife. She had the whole thing planned...they were into taking pictures, she's the one who suggested they do this Calvin Klein-like (or whatever) photo shoot in the bathroom. She was going to easily get him to agree to go in there; he was going to be naked and vulnerable. She would be directing the shoot. Sick *****.

I don't think Travis had a gun. How odd it would be for him to have the same caliber. I don't think the jury is buying it. Oh and just opened a drawer and saw a gun?

If you would have taken me back, this wouldn't be happening." I think that is how some pictures were still on the memory card. I think she thought she had deleted all of them and then threw them in the washing machine to be sure.

Yes, he did not show any emotion. I truly believe she had the gun on him as taking the photo's. She was all dressed he was not.

That's another thing. Do we know if she was really talking to Travis on the phone about her visiting? Do you think maybe the whole night before the murder didn't happen? Maybe she just snuck in and killed him. Made him get into the shower so there would be less mess. When she shot him, it didn't kill him and he tried to overpower her? He took off and she ran after him stabbing him? But how did he get back in the shower if there was blood splatter throughout the room. So many questions.

I think that all the "during" pictures were accidental movement pictures. But I do believe she said a lot to him during it...I can definitely see her saying "Look at what you made me do to you", etc. I think she had a lot to say to him while she slaughtered him.

I've heard that suggested before on InSession or HLN, but no, it doesn't look that way to me. I think if he was truly scared, he'd react instantly...mouth open, shocked, saying something to her. I do think he's attempting the moody seductive model look. And she definitely stabbed him first, as opposed to shooting him...for her to be able to pull that off, he could not have had any inkling that he was being threatened. I think as she directed the photo shoot, she had him crouched down and looking away from her, and then she started on his back.

Plus, a shell casing was found on top of blood. Had he been shot first, then stabbed, all the blood from the stabbing would have at least spattered on top of the shell casing.

I've always thought he looked scared. It's in his eyes for me. Even my husband, who has watched very little of this trial and knows basically nothing about it, saw the shower photos of Travis and goes, "That guy looks absolutely terrified."

Jodi said the rope was green and gold but the picture showed a tan rope. Her attorney also said it was tan in color.

I thought there was a picture of her dragging him from spot to another.

There was some sort of picture of him with her foot in the picture, but it was a movement picture...like that camera was falling or something...she wasn't continuing to take pictures of the murder.
