Jim Hill mentions 'Sci Fi City'

I love a lot of what I've seen from Eddie Soto and his ideas for the parks. Jim Hill mentions here that Mr. Sotto had designed a new Tomorrowland (that OLC got cold feet for) for the Tokyo park, called 'Sci Fi City.'

Anybody know where I can find details? I would love to see what this talented ex-Imagineer would have done to Tomorrowland...
