It really depends on your tastes. I wasn't impressed with Artist's Point. My bison ribs were really fatty, DH didn't think much of the salmon dish he had, and it was really noisy with tables a bit too close together for me to feel like it is a romantic dinner for two. It might have been a one-off experience but it's so inconvenient for us to get to given where we usually stay that it hasn't been on the dining roster since that one time.
We've not done the Yachtsman - I keep looking at it but it's just a steakhouse IMO and we have plenty really good ones close to home and the steaks are just too large for me. I have friends (who are local) who do love it and they're very big steak people (big in the sense that they both really love steaks and eat it frequently and they are OK with big steaks).
We love Jiko. It's reasonably quiet, we feel like we're far enough away from other tables to have a romantic meal (with great wine selections) where we can talk and spend time together so my bias is for Jiko. It's also very convenient if you're staying at AKL. I've had many different dishes at there and they're all good. Sometimes I just have 2-3 appetizers. The menu changes relatively frequently so it's hard to say what they might have if you go but I like their beet salad (had several different versions), tomato salad (had different versions), the bobotie, any of the chicken dishes, coffee-coated ribs, the boar tenderloin appetizer (a personal favourite). We've also had some fabulous soups but those change daily.
