Last time I checked this wasn't on the menu any more. Had it in 2005 and never found a recipe online for it. This sorbet is to die for, simply put. I've had many all over the world (including France) and none matched the one at Jiko. Anyone ever find a recipe for it?

I'm sorry I can't help you out withthis one. I can tell you that in the future, if you enjoy something at WDW , most often the chef will give you the recipe if you ask.
