looking at flights to orlando really good price going out via Boston with 2 hrs to change but coming back is via JFK and arrives in terminal 4 and next flight leaves in terminal 4 but only gives us 45 mins between flights is this a no no or is it doable. Also any one flown with Delta do they have the Tv in tha back

I've Been researching this today! The new terminal for delta is on YouTube and looks amazing! I can't help you with the time but as far as I learned today their gates are all pretty close to each other you would get off one and board straight onto the next!
Someone more knowledgable than me can prob help you more but from what I watched today you should be ok as long as your first leg isn't delayed!

45 minutes is really tight

arrival time in JFK is 'wheels down' (moment the wheels touch the ground),you then have to taxi to the gate and deplane (roughly 10 to 20 minutes )

boarding for international flight starts 40 minutes before scheduled departure, doors close 20 minutes before departure.

this will give you perspective as how much of a time cushion you have for any delay (10 to 15 minutes tops)

doable, but not adviseable.

flights have seatback tv for the transatlantic legs. Domestic legs may have seatback tv (or not), but you'd most likely need to pay to use it on dom. flights.

You can check the entertainment options for your flight on Delta's website.

I would not be comfortable with a 45 minute connection to an international flight at JFK, and I am a very experienced traveler.
