I just tried this and was able to get my daughter but when it came to my grandson who is only 3, it didn't go through. Naturally he doesn't have an email or phone no. so we tried putting it under her email but it doesn't work? How do you register a child under 13???

You must be age 13 or over to participate or the parent or legal guardian to register a child under 13.

You (a parent) have to call to register a young child. I did this with my younger children.
