JetBlue itinerary email - does it take a while?

I was doing my periodic check of our April flights and found that they'd changed again by a few minutes each. I got a notification call for the first set of changes but not this set yet. So anyway, I went to their website and pulled up my itinerary to make sure our seats were not changed and to email myself the new itinerary. That was about 90 minutes ago and it hasn't come yet.

Is that normal for it to take a while? I thought in the past the email showed up pretty quickly.
 
I went in and tried to send it again and now I keep getting "your session has timed out" when I enter my email address. Very weird! I wonder if something's down with their system right now.
