I with you guys Jet Blue Rocks! I live about 15 minutes from Manchester Airport yet I'm driving the 1hr to Logan to fly JetBlue.

I live only 10 additional minutes from MHT as you and I did the same thing last spring. I flew out of Boston just be be able to try JetBlue. I am going to do the same thing spring 2006. Much better airline then SW.

Has anyone heard anything more about JetBlue coming to MHT?

I"m 10 minutes from MHT, the planes fly right in front of my house.

I checked JetBlue's website for my dates (April 23-28, 2006) for 2 adults and 2 children and the rate was $867.00 round trip! Yikes!

I have flown JetBlue from Boston to Orlando several times in the past year and a half, and I have to say that JetBlue is a fantastic airline. I have always had great service, and most of the time, my flights have been on time, or early! The staff is great on the ground and in the air, and the planes are always spotless!

But the reason I'm writing this today is because of something that happened to me this week that shows just how great an airline JetBlue really is, and why I intend to continue to fly JetBlue whenever I can.

On Monday, when I arrived at Orlando International Airport to take my flight from Orlando to Boston, I found out that my flight was going to be delayed. JetBlue was having problems with their computer system, and it lead to long delays for all of their flights. By the time my flight took off, it was close to two hours late leaving Orlando. While it was a bit frustrating to be stuck in the airport for extra time, I just chalked it up to a bit of bad luck. As I've said, I've had great luck with JetBlue, so I figured I was due for a bit of a delay.

Well, yesterday, I received an e-mail from JetBlue that really surprised me, and pleased me. The e-mail explained the reason behind the delay and sent me a $50 voucher for the inconvience caused by the delay! It was totally unexpected. I hadn't intended about complaining about the delay or looking for compensation, so when I received that e-mail, it showed me just how great a company JetBlue really is!

To be proactive and try to do right by your customer's before they even complain about problems is rare these day. I have had many great experiences with JetBlue, but this was the first time they took the first step!

So, I am one happy JetBlue customer!

I am so... happy to hear that cause I'm flying for the first time with my 5 yrs old daugter and I been a little nerves cause I've never flown before and said to say I'm 27 yrs old. It's my first time even going away but decided to start seeing the world knowing I'm going to be 28 on August 25 and I'm going to disney world on the 22 of August, so... excited but a little nerve. I'm using jet blue so thanks for the info. princess:

I flew them home from Long Beach in May. Love them.

Unfortunately they do not fly to Orlando out of Washington.

There are always rumors swirling around about Jet Blue coming to MHT, hopefully they will soon. I'm also taking the bus to Logan rather than deal with SWA out of MHT again. When I booked Jet Blue in May the price was lower than SWa, since then SWA has been having their 'Florida sale' but I wouldn't trade in my Jet Blue tix for anything.

If they are half as good as I've heard, I may be able to say goodbye to SWA forever. :goodvibes

Everyone I know who've flown JetBlue loves them, BUT I can't really see driving an extra hour to an airport to fly them. Particularly since the people driving to JFK or Logan have to allow extra time to park and at the airport so they probably have to leave their house at least 2 hours earlier. It makes some sense if you get a better fare but I can't see doing that just to get TV and assigned seats.

When you are traveling with small children, for us, assigned seats is a must--the TV is just a great bonus for us. Also, we get driven to JFK so the parking is not a problem. Yes, we would definitely rather leave an hour earlier just to get assigned seats. However, not only do we get assigned seats, we get to fly JetBlue.

We just flew Jet Blue for the first time. JFK to Long Beach CA and Oakland to JFK. We usually fly ALB to MCO on Southwest but wanted a non-stop to CA for our Disneyland/West Coast trip. First long trip for our boys. We LOVED Jet Blue. Crew was OK, NY based crew not nearly as friendly as CA based crew. Planes were new, nice, and TV's were GREAT. Made the trip go by so..........fast. The best was assigned seats (we are used to SW cattle call). So much more relaxed the days of travel knowing you are all set with a seat. I am calling and writing for them to come to Albany and give SW a run for their money!

JetBlue also has one of the youngest fleets of aircraft around. :flower:

JetBlue is an excellent airline, especially if you live on the eastern sea board. Relatively new aircraft, great in flight entertainment, generally good crews and very comfortable. I've always recommended JetBlue to anyone, even if ticket cost was slightly higher than say, United, to take JetBlue. Legacy carries cannot beat the offering that JetBlue has in the market.

Domestically, you will not find a better carrier.

Gald to see that so many people agree about how great JetBlue is! I e-mailed them, and shared the link to this thread with them. I got an e-mail back saying they enjoyed reading the comments.

So hello JetBlue if you come back here again!
