Hi,

Does anyone know how many days out JetBlue releases their flights? Right now they only have through Sept 6th, 2006 and we are looking for the 23rd through the 30th.

I called them and asked them that question the week before last. The agent didn't have an exact date but thought it would be sometime around Feb. 1st.

Thanks Dewy. I could book with Delta but I am not sure with all of the changes that will be happening with Song after May if we will have the planes with the toys. Right now we could book Delta for $187.50 which is not a bad price but I want to make sure we have the toys. I guess I will just have to keep checking the website. Thanks.

If by 'toys' you mean the seatback entertainment - chances are no, you will not. These planes are being reassigned to 1,750+ mile flights.

That is what I mean. In that case I will be flying Jet Blue. Thanks.

Yep, waiting for JB to open their window for the fall. I have two trips to plan..one in Oct and one in Dec....I loved Song but couldn't stand all the constant changes. Flew JB in Dec and loved them almost as much. Here's hoping it opens soon...I'm getting really antsy.

One thing that worries me about JB is that I have been checking the rates in late August and early Sept to see where they are at...while I know it does have any bearing on Oct fares, I have been seeing $119 each way for a Sat. - Sat trip. Hope to be pleasantly surprised when the Oct. schedule is released.

No, not exclusively. They will continue to be used on select routes from New York City and Boston to Florida for the exactly the reason the original poster was worried about. They need to remain competitive with jetBlue.
