Jetblue- April

We are waiting for Jetblue to get real with their flights from White Plains to MCO in April. The RT is $600 for an entire week AFTER Easter !!!! Last year we paid less than $200. Air travel is down and they put up these ridiculous prices

We are waiting for any airline to post reasonably priced flights from either White Plains or Bradley the last weekend of April and return the first weekend of May to and from MCO. What's up with this pricing game???

Jetblue is $918 per person RT for our April break out of Western NY state.
It's absurd.
Airtran isn't much better. I think they're trying to make us think anything under $500 will be a deal when the time comes, but I'm not buying it. Not when a couple of weeks before and after that week we can fly RT for under $200.
I hope no one buys tickets, talk about price gouging.

WOW those are some crazy prices. I was able to get a flight in May through JetBlue that was about $220 RT. Are you guys flying on on like a Mon or the weekend? I think the cheapest days to fly are Tues and Weds.

The third week in April is school vacation in much of New England and rates are always sky high. If that is the week you are looking at, they probably won't be coming down.

I booked our Jet Blue flights for April right when they came out figuring if they went down I could get a credit. No such luck so far - in fact, they have gone up!

We paid $439/per person EACH WAY out of Boston for April vacation.

The only thing that saves us is that we don't have to put out money for lodging as we are DVC members so we just use our points. When we factor that in then it's not so bad - at least that's what we keep telling ourselves.

It is certainly absurd.

Edited to add: In previous years we would fly Sunday to Monday and it would save us $$$ and the kids would miss one day of school. This year the prices are the same so we booked Saturday to Sunday. I am not looking forward to the airports on either one of those days.....
