Thanks for the update.

Maybe a one way ticket down isn't such a bad idea.

:thumbsup2 okay ~ so it should be soon
any idea or guess as to the dates that will be released?? I am waiting for 1/12/07 - 1/20/07. I am thinking it will only cover December at most

I think you will be waiting longer than the rest of us, as I expect they'll only release fares thru about New Year's when they do. In addition to November, I am also waiting on February airfares for the week of Presidents' Day. I expect to be waiting a few more months for these.

:scratchin I guess I am of two minds about JetBlue releasing November and December fares. On one hand, I really want to have our Thxgiving time flight booked :hyper: and want to make sure I buy my tix as early as possible to get the best possible fare. On the other hand, I would just as soon leave my money in the bank, rather than handing over to an airline for 6 months + for them to earn the interest pirate:

We already have our return tix on Delta for the Monday after Thxgiving (at $87.50 per person, we jumped on that). So we just need the outbound fare, and would prefer to fly JetBlue (with the TVs to keep the kids occupied, plus they're not bankrupt). So I am waiting just as anxiously as the rest of you, checking the website several times a day on weekdays.

Good luck all!

I guess Jetblue are a budget airline and you are looking for cheap flights within the US. Have you checked out Spiritair they fly into Orlando Int. Airport and the flights are very reasonably priced :dumbo:

I called Jet Blue yesterday and the person told me that with all the new airports they are getting a schedule together. She said she is surprised November rates are not out yet. She said when they put out the rates it will probably be through December. Keeping my fingers crossed. :thumbsup2

I know when they'll be out.....next week!!! Why? Because I'll be in WDW and not sitting on my computer, obsessing over JetBlue's flights in Dec. Maybe Karen will have her computer up and she can keep checking for both of us.

I am a overplanner and I hate that I have everything booked but the airfare!! I need TV's on the flight because I found that it helps me from having panic attacks during takeoff, landing and turbulence. I miss Song, but hopefully Jet Blue will come through with good rates for JFK. :bounce:

ok, this is weird. I checked Jet Blue today and it still only goes through Oct., however, there's a link that says something about Orlando RT plus hotel for 285. I clicked it and the dates you can book go way past November! If you book hotel, you can get Nov. but not just a flight? :confused3

I just checked this out ~ if you select a departure date after 10/31/06, it will not let you book. There is a pop up window that says that flights can not be booked past 10/31/06. :guilty:

I purchased a JB ticket this morning with a Nov return date thru kayak.com.

Once I got the dates and time and selected a flight it brough me to the JB site where I could purchase. Don't ask me how, but all I know is that I have a ticket at a good prince and I have gotten a JB confirmation via my home e-mail.

I just bought 4 one-way tix BOS-MCO for Saturday November 18th. Price was $129.30 apiece, which I was happy to pay at this point, since I am positive that things are going up for this weekend ahead of Thanksgiving. Again, we already booked the return on Delta a few months back at $87.80 apiece - so a decent round-trip price for Thanksgiving week (ie $217.10 each for non-stop round-trip).

Just go to www.Kayak.com and put in your dates and specifications, and off you go to JetBlue's site for purchase. I was apparently the first person to select seats on our preferred flight.

Good luck all. Go get your tix!!! :thumbsup2

I see JetBlue connects through JFK. Anyone have experience with JFK?

(That would be the airport, sorry, my age is showing. Lived through all the media coverage of the Kennedy famliy shenanigans.)

We also refer to that airport as JFK.

We have flown Jet Blue out of JFK three times and all three trips everything was great. They are now our favorite airline. My kids are disspointed that we have to fly American in June.

While I am not waiting for November flights, I am waiting for better pricing for our September/October tickets. Last year we paid $660 for 4 round trip tickets. So far this year, the best they are offering is over $1200.

OK I'm a little confused. Why would you be able to book a flight by going through Kayak.com but not directly through jetblue. This totally boggles my mind. Just need the DH ok and I guess we will be using Kayak.com. Thanks so much for the information!!!!!

Congrat's pumpkinboy, I know you have been searching & waiting. It has paid off. I also, got our tickets with Delta to come for $87.00 each. We are flying down on the 19th with CO. Are you coming home on Sunday Nov 26th?

This is my first every flight on Thanksgiving Weekend. Is the airports crazy? We fly President's week, & things are very crazy every year.

Anyone else pick up Jetblue's great fare?

For my dates Jet Blue wants $1,850.00 for three tix!!!! I am soooo tempted to take Delta at $650.00 for three tix. It says that the plane is a 757-200. Isn't this a Song plane? It looks like a Song configuration from what I remember. If so could someone tell me...I'll take Delta then from JFK!

What are your dates poutytink? Are the fares non stop? Are you flying on the holiday?

I bought a RT on Jet Blue (EWR - MCO) for late Oct/early Nov for $217.10. CO was charging $397.00 for same dates and roughly the same times. I've been looking at airfare for wll over a month. This is the cheapest I have seen.

I bought this via Kayak. If it weren't for you guys, I would not have known about Kayak nor found this deal first thing this morning. Thanks DISers! :woohoo: :woohoo:

Thanks everyone for posting that kayak has jb tickets! I just booked ewr-mco rt for 217 which isn't too bad plus if rates go down I can get a credit. Finally the waiting for this part is over...going dec 2-dec 9...my next challenge is to book adr's.. :cool1:

Wow, the Nov-Dec fares are still not showing up on the JetBlue site! I can attest from personal experience that they are up tho.

FYI, the Kayak.com site is just the search (and free too). You plug in your search and the engine goes out and checks airline (and some other) websites. Then once you have chosen an itinerary, it connects you directly to the winning site. In my case, it sent me to JetBlue's site, and I went in and bought my November flight; this at a time when if you access JetBlue's site directly, you cannot search past October. I bought on JetBlue's site, so directly thru JetBlue, I just didn't search thru JetBlue's site directly. It really is odd that we can get it thru Kayak and not directly.

Good luck all!
