Jet blue to add a terminal in MA!

On the news this morning it was said that Jet Blue has an 8:45 press conference. The presumed topic is that they will add Worcester, MA as a place to fly to and from. I looked on the website today and saw it added as a destination! I'm hoping it means I can get a great deal on a flight out of there in December. Come on 9:00!!!!

I was excited when they came to Pittsburgh but they only fly to Boston and JFK.

I seriously doubt that JB will be up and running in Worcester as early as Dec '13.
Where did you find that Worcester has been added as a destination on the website? I didn't see it anywhere?
I am hoping it happens soon. I love flying out of Worcester. And I would imagine that JB would fly into MCO vs Sanford out of Worcester. And that would be incredible!!!

Here's hoping that is the case!

I have no idea of the details of where they will fly to etc...just that the terminal opening is being announced today, and it's listed on the website as a destination.

I figure it can never hurt to look.

We all know how foggy the airport gets and how expensive Jet Blue can be during spring break and other vacation weeks.

Since we're driving to Newark NJ this year to avoid Logan; I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping that we can fly out of Worchester next spring for a reasonable price without the Logan traffic.

Jet Blue is showing 1 available flight out of Worchester for thanksgiving week 11/23 - 12/1; the return flight 11/30 is N/A and 12/1 is already sold out.

It's so nice to have a functioning airport close by. Now, I'll get to watch the planes coming in....my house seems to be in the flight path!!!

Now, have to decide whether to fly back into Providence or Worcester in Dec. Don't want to push my luck too much, with weather being what it is here in central Mass!!

Ummm, actually? It's pronounced 'wustah'. No i sound, no oo sound. (that would have it rhyme with Hoover).

I finally decided to fly home into Providence. I got to use my Trueblue points and I don't worry quite as much about weather there!!!
