Jet Blue schedule?

How often does Jet Blue change their flight schedules? This is our first time flying with them Bos to MCO in August 2010, I noticed today that my flight time changed, not a bad thing but I am wondering if Jet Blue changes their flights as often as say Delta. I have flown with Delta in the past and was hoping to avoid alot of the flight change problems that we had with them. TIA

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no set answer to your question. Jet Blue, and any other airline, will change schedules whenever they see the need to.

Our Jet Blue flighted changed as well for our May return home flight by almost an hour. Although I'm actually happy with the change as we will get an extra hour at Disney now.

To answer your question, I have found that Jet Blue usually doesn't have as many changes in their schedules as other airlines (like AirTran) do.

Thank you, I knew when I booked so early that there would probably be changes, but was hoping it wouldn't be the constant changes to flight numbers, times and equipment that Delta does. My flight out of BOS now leaves at 6:35 AM instead of 8:14, not a big deal, just means we get up a little earlier.

JB has been rock solid for me traveling from HPN to MCO. Little to no changes. Airtran is a whole different story...

I read your post & decided to check my flights for July & see that we are now flying to MCO an hour earlier & leaving MCO 15 minutes later. I'll be sure to check again as it gets closer.

I don't think they change as often as some other airlines.

Last Sept. they changed our flight and I wasn't too happy..but oh well, its vacation.

Originally we were scheduled:Boston 6:30a arrive MCO 9:30a.

they changed us to: Boston 9:45a arrive MCO 12:45p

They had us departing :15min after we were originally scheduled to arrive into MCO.

I had that same flight (8:14 am) and was also put on the 6:35... that is way too early for us so I called and they switched us to the 8:50 am nonstop. There was no charge since they changed the schedule. Try calling if the new time doesn't work for you.

I'm wicked psyched!!! 6:35am is always the flight time we want and usually get pushed to the 8am time!!! My return flight is pretty much the same; leaving at noon but landing 10 minutes earlier??? what's that about???
