Jet Blue - January Flight release date?

Hi all,

Flyng from Boston to MCO mid January. Any idea when Jet Blue will release flights for mid-Januray? (I believe southwest is due to release January on 8/17).

I see that AirTran has some nonstop flights or $99.00 each way or $219.40 including taxes. Not sure if JetBlue will be lower when released.

jetBlue will, most likely, be higher than AirTran for base fares. However, just remember to factor in any seat assignment/checked baggage fees that you'll require when looking at AirTran.

I generally find that the base fares are lower, but once I factor in checked bag and seat assignment fees, they're about equal.

The seat assignment fee is pretty nominal - and if I didn't need that, I think I'd still pick jetBlue. I'm very comfortable with them and have had amazing experiences all around with them.

does JeTBlue show anywyere on there site when the next release date is like SW does?

There is a good possibility that airtran will change from nonstop to one stop this happened with our flight we just took in June bos to mco. From what I have read looks like it could be sept before they release any more flights. I'm waiting for Jan 6 & 10 to open.
