We are flying out of Buffalo to Orlando for a trip in October. We are going to try to fly with Jet Blue and the price that we have found is $112 each direction for a total of $1300+ for the six of us that are traveling.

Is this a good deal or should I be looking around or waiting for a sale?

I think that's an EXCELLENT deal! :thumbsup2 I would grab 'em while they are available!!!

I agree. That is almost what I paid for 4 of us to fly SW for our trip later this month. Book it!

If I could travel at that time I would jump on it myself. We generally hope for |$1100-$1200 for the four of us. For August we got $800 RT for the four of us and were thrilled.

I want to say thanks for the input. I quite literally jumped on the flights. That completes the reservations for my 10 year anniversary trip (POR with free dining) this is great. Now if I could only speed up time :rotfl2:

I think anything under $250 round trip and you are doing well.

Keep checking their prices. If the price drops they will issue a credit to a JetBlue account for you.

Yep, book it!!! We flew JetBlue out of Buffalo in January and loved it. That is a great price!!!

JetBlue is a GREAT airline...one of my favourites...love the little TV's on the backs of the seats.

I looked at tickets from JetBlue for my February 2014 trip and they are $224 per person round trip! I was so shocked and happy :) at that price. I was expecting to pay well over $1000 for 3 people.

Right now JB is actually cheaper then SW for our return flight on Nov 23rd. I usually like using SW however even with their sales JB is still cheaper.

Allegiant has insanely cheap flights, like $749 for 6 of us..however they fly into the other Orlando airport....

I looked at them and they are cheaper but once you add on the rental car or pay for transportation to the resorts then your savings are not as much. I feel it is worth the extra to MCO as opposed to the Sandford airport for that reason. It would have to be a significant savings for me to make that switch.

We are going on Oct 22-29 staying at the POR with Free dining. My wife practically dropped when we got the PIN for the free dining. We had to jump on the dates that worked out well with school for the kids and work for me. The fact that the price for the flights worked out well for us was just amazing.

The price already has gone up for the flight for the week that we are going it is at $100 more for the same flights. (not a lot but it all adds up when you talk about the whole trip). We also heard that the POR is booked for the free dining offer. This trip has had a lot of pixiedust: MAGIC for us.
