Jet Blue credit ?

The fair for our return flight has gone down by $20ea. There are 4 of us. Should I and how do I go about getting a credit or voucher or whatever it's called. Also our flight out has gone up in price so if I have to cancel then rebook the total cost would actually go up.Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi -

When we flew them last May our flight prices actually dropped on two separate occasions.

Both times I called their customer service department and they went ahead and credited it to our JetBlue account. Not a problem at all. The credit is good for a year.
