Can someone tell me what would happen in the following case.

Purchased my outbound flight using credits I had from last year. Flight just dropped in price by $32.

Would I get my credit back? Using the current date of the credit and have one year from today to use that credit? or would they give it to me back, but because it was a credit to begin with, the expiration date would be my original date from when I was given the credit last year which was in July 2010?:confused3

I had a similiar situation and was told that I would get my credit back but it would have the original expiration date.

It goes back to the original travel bank date.. I know it suck.. my question is what if the original travel bank date is expired.. We flew in December I got credits in July Sept Oct.. We're flying agin next week.. I got credit in Feb which expires in July.. the original credit...

$32 differenace isn't much. Just be thankful you get to keep the credit and aren't charged a $100 change fee.
