Jet Blue 7 am flight, any snacks?

a very minor question but here it is.... Does Jet Blue serve anything during a 7am flight? I usually fly evenings, and am used to the drink/chips they give out. I will have been up since 3:30am for this 7:00am flight and need to know if I should bring a little nosh with me or do they serve something to tide me over. Thanks!!

They will hand out some type of snack.....I think I remember them having granola bars or such. You will be able to grab something at the airport I would think. I routinely take the 7am flight out of Logan and usually have no issue finding a quick breakfast before flying.
Or,just bring your own.

Everytime I've flown JB, whether it be early morning (like your flight) or the red eye, they have always had the same snacks: Terra blue chips, Doritos snack mix, biscotti, or chocolate chip cookies. You can bring your own snack, and then just get the Dunkin Donuts coofee on board.

Last time I flew, I checked the jetblue website and it said what the snacks were.

I seem to recall that all of the chip products had MSG in them, and the only alternative was cookies. But that was a few years ago.
