I just saw a People video of them getting "glammed up" for their most beautiful issue. Wow! Michelle looked great. Well all the girls did also but it was amazing what someone doing your hair and makeup does for you.

Didn't one of the girls pretty much wait a year? I remember reading saying how she enjoyed her first year with her husband before getting pregnant.

Only 2 of the girls are married. One got pregnant a few weeks after the wedding, and it appears Jessa got pregnant a few months after the wedding.

I would think they have listened to the heartbeat by now so chances are they would have an idea if they were having twins. Or maybe they are just waiting to have a special breaking news announcement on GMA in a few months. They have to time all this right so their 15 minutes just keeps on ticking.

Jill kept commenting about maybe having twins early on as well. Surely they know the odds are not high, although I believe Michelle had 1 set of twins.

And I think fraternal twins (which Michelle had) is the sort that runs in families. So I'm sure both girls were hoping.

Been following this thread, I do watch the show. I googled the twin thing, out of curiosity, Michelle had twins after her firstborn- Josh, Jenna and John David are twins. It's like I can't stop watching. LOL

It looks like she had them at 24 and 32, kids 2/3 and 10/11.

While we're on the subject of buddies...I was thinking of when Jill went for her ultrasound, and she and Derick brought her buddy group along. They are very close, almost like a separate family. It kind of explains how the system works to me. Michell and Jim Bob are there, but most of the real nurturing seems like it was within the buddy group.
Even if it's not talked about, I think it's good that on some level Jill gets this. I hope she continues to include her buddy group, when possible. They seem to be pretty bonded.

I wonder if Jessa will do the same?

I am SO waiting for the Black Sheep Duggar series to start when one of them goes rogue. They just creep me out.

It just isn't right when you're not allowed to kiss until your wedding ceremony is over, and then you are expected to get pregnant merely weeks after your wedding. Where is the fun in that? How are you supposed to create any solid ground with your husband that way? You haven't even figured out what makes each other tick until at least a year of having sex regularly.

I'm waiting for one of them to be gay.

I'm sure many do think I'm incorrect. I'll go with thinking the best until I have something to prove otherwise.

Even if they have issues with the idea now, I think dealing with it in one of their kids could change their opinions.
