Jerk chicken lettuce wraps at pieces bill - receipe copy cat?

I'm not a big fan of veggies but I need to be.
Loved loved the veggie slaw on the jerk chicken lettuce wrap next to splash mountain.

Anyone know what veggies and what type of dressing?

It was dark and I was starving but I swear one of the best things I've eaten. Dd tried and she liked it to.

Probably cabbage based slaw with carrots added and maybe some julienned peeled cukes and scallion tops. I'd add avocado to it since the only reason Pecos Bill doesn't is due to cost. If the sauce was white good chance it was yogurt based as opposed to mayo; if it was clear then it was a vinaigrette, w/ a touch of sugar and citrus juice added; prolly lime.
Sorry, I do a lot of cooking without a written recipe just sight, taste and smell.

If no one has an exact recipe and you'd prefer one I'd just google. I found a closeup picture of the WDW version here to give me an idea on how it was made:

The online menu calls it soy lime vinaigrette. You could do a quick google for a recipe, but I would think it would have soy sauce, lime juice, oil and some garlic and ginger maybe. It's probably pretty basic. I'm so glad you posted this because these were not on my radar at all, but they sound amazing and I think I might get them on my first night! Thanks!
