thanks guys--i love checking in and being held accountable..plus i have a little over 3 weeks till my vacation!!!! BIG incentive!
Dont have much time to write tonight, but will check in thi week!
 
You are doing SOOOOOOOOOO good this week!! I said on the challenge thread but it's not long till you will hit your halfway goal!! :cheer2:
 
Sorry for not checking in yesterday! I had an insane day. I hate days like that, today doesn't seem to be going much better, just too busy lately...

Sounds like you are staying on track - GOOD for you Jen! Keep up your great work!

hi everyone! havent been able to get in a big amount of exercise, just about 20 min a day, but i guess its better than nothing...another 20 min for me today..
things are going to settle down after this week, then hopefully i can do more
 

I'm thrilled to be able to get in 20 minutes a day each day! What are you talking about? (just kidding) No, really, I think 20 minutes a day is great. Really consistency is the key anyway. That what I learned earlier this year. Consistency took off 45 lbs!

So, keep up your great work.

i really hate to say this, but i did not work out today..i was sooo stressed about this midterm that i barely slept last night so i came home and slept...i NEEd to get b ack on track tomorrow..i HAVE TO DO IT!
sorry for my venting..i just dont want to get off track now!
 
Don't beat yourself up! YOu are doing such an incredible job with the workouts that missing today is ok. A body needs sleep and rest in order to function well enough to handle a workout and if you were tired you could have easily hurt yourself. You'll be there tomorrow and we'll all be pulling for you. Get a good night's sleep tonight. How did the midterm go?
 
Glad you checked in! Don't worry kiddo, I took 2 days off in a row too. I had to, life was so crazy! But I have worked out 3 days in a row now.

It's gonna be hard to make this a habit, but once we do, WATCH OUT, 'cause here we come! :goodvibes

i THINK the midterm went pretty well...i will find out for sure on Tuesday and definitely let you guys know.

Well today, schoolw as closed, so i slept in and then got up and cleaned for an hour and exercised for 25 minutes! Getting right back on track here!!!
I also stepped on the scale and i was at 146!! i have lost 2 pounds since last time i checked, although i have no idea how i did that!!
my "mini-goal" was 145 and i cant believe i am so close..i wanted to be at 145 for the trip, and now it may happen!!
I really need to thank you guys for motivating and supporting me..usually when i slip up and skip a day,k i dont get back in there,,but i did!!

Now...this weekend i am doing another paper, then babysitting tomorrow night...
Steves date to come back got pushed back,,but only 6 days..now he is supposed to leave Iraq sometime next week and be here on the 23! how appropriate for him to come home the day before thanksgiving! So we have a bit longer than we thought, but i cant wait to see him..

My DM moved in Friday so I have not had a chance to exercise or post... bummer...

But, you keep on track girl, you're doing GREAT! I'll be right there with you as soon as things settle a bit (today, I hope!).

Hi Jaynee--my weekend is going good!!
Got in 20 minutes of exercise last night after the kids i was babysitting went to bed..got another 20 in this mroning..i think seeing the scale move a bit really motivated me more!
Today is relax day now,,watching some football and going to bed early...tomorrow is the big eagles/cowboys football game and i gotta be up and watch it!
Ill be back toorrow :)
 
Well, i had time to do journals tonight...and the next couple of weeks will be a bit crazy so im going to post now :)
This week:NO MORE MIDTERMS!! woohooo..i will post when i get my grades though--hoping for the best!! Tomorrow night is a HUGE football game--cowboys and the eagles..i live in eagles territory, but love cowboys!! cant wait for that...im also seeing KEITH URBAN!! on thursday night--im a bit excited!!!!

But i will get my exercise in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I MUST DO THIS!! i only have a pound left to go until my mini goal of 145 so i gotta do it :)
 
Congrats on losing 2 lbs!!! You are going to make that mini-goal in no time!!

Alright guys..im warning, this is goign to be a bit of a vent/whine..so turn away :)

I thought i have been doing so good lately..thought i was down to 146....A lady i work with brought in a scale today and one of my friends said this gave her the exact weight she was at the dr..so i thought i would jump on and see what i was at...it showed me at 154..so i guess my scale is wrong or something..im feeling VERY discouraged tonight....i know i shouldnt be, because either way im losing inches,,but i feel horrible tonight..ij ust got done working out 20 min..and ive been eating so good, but im feeling like maybe its all for nothing...
Plus, my friend that i thought was going to be able to meet me in disney, isnt able to get leave, so now he cant go...im just very down tonight..im sorry for the whining!
 
Ignore the scale! It's just a number, base your self worth on how *you* feel about yourself and how good you feel you look in the mirror not on some stupid faulty piece of machinery.

I'm sorry about your friend not getting to go to WDW.
 
well something just improved my mood tremendously!!
