There are/were many beautiful Disney Brides here, but Jennifer is a little special since I met her in person! How long did we talk Jennifer...maybe 2 mins??!! In my defense, she was busy taking pictures at AK with her DH and family and I didn't want to barge in but did introduce myself and congratulate her and Charlie.

You are a girl after my own heart!! I also love the way the glitter sparkles in the pics! I was so hoping it would. I kept telling Charley if my point and shoot Nikon can pick it up, then surely their fancy cameras can!! And I def thought you would like seeing those!! Since we have such similar taste and all!!

The pic with him picking me up is about 1 of the only ones I like out of those. lol We both look so strained in them. He said he felt like he couldn't grip my dress good. I felt like he was shoving my dress way up and making it look funny! Just awkward all around if you ask me.

Good.. cause I'll be posting lots!! I have 1942 pics from the disks I got from Randy.. so I think I've done pretty good about not overloading the boards TOO much!! I haven't really posted anything we took from our own cameras. We didn't have our camera during the ceremony... a friend did.

Thanks though. I thought it was pretty cool that we ran in to each other. You never think you're going to see someone you talk to on the net!!

Ok.. so where were we?!?! On the beach!! lol

We were ready to get off of the beach by this time. It might not be a real beach.. but it sure was hot!!! My eyes were starting to water really bad. I had on waterproof mascara, but I really didn't want to chance it. Definitely didn't want raccoon eyes in the wedding pics. The squinty eyes were bad enough!

We stopped around the weeping willow tree to get some pics before we took off.

How do you like the covering the eye technique?!?! hahaha I would cover my eyes, then take my hands down, say "snap a pic" !! hahaha Didn't quite work though!

I had no clue what time it was. I wasn't even thinking about the time. I had no clue where the guests were. We were just having fun. We brought our glasses of sparkling cider around with us. Regina was carrying those around, along with my shoes, most of the time carrying my bouquet.. while snapping pics!! lol She got some pretty good ones too.

Randy took beautiful pics without me feeling like we were posing a lot.. if you know what I mean. I hate posing for pics. I'm not a fan of taking pics anyway.. but by the time it was over with.. I just wanted to say "No Randy.. please stay for our entire trip!!" hahahaha

I'm sure it's just a mistake. I've had no major problems whatsoever with DFTW or DPS throughout our planning. We were very happy with everything about our big day! I'm sure they will get the rest of the pics sent.

Bonus: we got the prints from the ceremony. I went back through the paperwork and it doesn't say anything about getting those! So that's cool.

On a side note... We're going to Orlando today!! We were going down tomorrow for universal Halloween again since it rained the entire time we were there a few weekends ago. We were going down for the day. Now we're going today to MK and DTD (must buy gift for Tanis)...then IoA and universal tomorrow!!! I love these dang annual passes!!!!

Don't know if anyone is still reading this since I'm so horrible at updating...

Anyway.. we had a great time last weekend in Orlando. We were able to go to IoA, Universal, MK, and HS. We went down Sat morning and got there about lunch and got home Sunday about 2am!! and still had to go to work Monday!! Needless to say I was running on pure adrenaline... and caffeine!! We had a blast though!!

And to update on the current situation with DPS.. I emailed Tanis and she got with DPS about the missing prints. Everything was arranged for more prints to be sent to us. Well, FedEx came yesterday with our prints.. The very same prints we got last week.. with the bridal portraits missing!! I'm so irritated about the whole situation! I didn't even email Tanis about it. I sent one to Karen.. (I hate talking on the phone) If I don't hear back from her by Monday, I will be calling her!!! On to happier things!
So back to the TR..

Thursday, September 15th, 2011 (cont)

After we finished on taking pics on the beach, we made our way back towards The Boardwalk. It was HOT!! I felt like my face was melting off!! I know Charley was about to burn up. We're from So. GA, so we can handle the heat.. but not while wearing a 3 piece tux and ginormous dress!!!

By this time, there was a pretty good bit of people out and about. People were stopping and pointing at us and taking pics.. Crazy!!! But I would probably be the same way if it was me. lol I did take some pics of some kind of event set-up.. looked like maybe a cocktail hour or reception. I'll post pics of that later though.

I love this pic!! I think it looks really nifty! hahaha

We just walked and talked. About what?? I have no clue! It all seems like a big blur.. and not just because I've waited so long to post about it. lol Even the day after the wedding, I couldn't really remember all the little details. I wish I would've carried around 1 of those little flip cameras all day long! hahaha How would that have looked during the ceremony?!?!

Randy just followed behind us, taking pics the whole time. Regina came back this way with us as well. She was still carrying our apple cider and my shoes! lol When we made it to the BW lobby entrance, Regina came to tell us goodbye. I wish we could've kept her all day too! I don't know how she was taking pics and holding all of our stuff at the same time. haha

I'll just post the pics of us going down the Boardwalk. There really isn't much I can say about the whole thing cause I just don't remember! Sorry!!!

I love this one too!! The little girl peeking out from behind the trashcan watching us! Too cute! I didn't even notice her there at the time.

Charley has this cowlick that sticks up right in the front.. I was just trying to help him out!!!

So we'll continue with the pics on The Boardwalk heading back towards ADH.

WOW!! That's a lot of pics! lol Sorry! They're out of order, because of the way I uploaded them.. but I don't want to skip around on my picking my photos from Photobucket or I'll miss something.

Anyway.. we made it to the end of the Boardwalk and stood in the shade while Randy called Tanis to see if they were ready for us to come up the stairs. We were just ready to get inside where it was cool. Tanis didn't answer her phone... so we just went upstairs anyway. I like taking the stairs WAY better than making the LONG walk down the hallway. lol

They were still setting up the tables, but that was ok. We had to potty anyway!! TMI I know. But I hadn't been to the bathroom since we left for the bridal pics. I REALLY had to go. And might I say, it wasn't any easier to go in that dress than it was the 1st time!! Me and Charley went in together, so he could help me keep my dress out of the toilet!! hahahahaha

Randy went on in and starting taking a few pics since it was about time for him to leave. He had another wedding that afternoon! Super busy guy!!

When we finished with all that.. we came out and got a good look at our reception venue. I loved it!! It was so cute. I was very happy with our decision. (Even though after the fact I was kind of wishing we would've had the dessert party instead of the brunch)

So I'll post the pics Randy was able to take before he left. He didn't get any of the food, because they were still setting all of that up outside on the balcony. He was able to get pics of our cake here.. which was surprising to me. We weren't supposed to see our cake in 1 piece after the cake ceremony. They said it would be too soft from the sun. They were just going to take it in the back to cut up for dessert.. But when we got there, it was set up on the table!!! Randy said our cake was awesome. He hadn't seen 1 like it before. But I've seen quite a few Mad Hatter cakes that were pretty awesome to me.. Ours suited us though.

Here's our centerpieces. They had to pour the water out of the vases. Tanis said the flowers kept floating out of the top of them!! hahaha

I really like this pic. I like how happy Tanis looks that I'm happy!!

You can see on this 1 where 1 of the bands came loose from the heat! lol

Then Randy wanted to walk outside and get some pics on the balcony before he left.

We stayed outside kind of hanging around until everyone got there. We were introduced to an older man I'm assuming was in charge of the situation.. and the woman who would be waiting on everyone. And she did an awesome job BTW. Charley tipped her before we left, which we hadn't planned on doing. (didn't really even think about it)

Anyway, here's some pics Randy took as he was leaving. We didn't know anything about these until we got our disks in.

As Randy was leaving, he passed our guests walking up. He got a few pics of them too. I won't bore you guys with those pics though. But he did notice that they were all carrying something... our Mickey head fans!! My mom had left them in our room throughout the entire ceremony!! I was so damn angry! I guess at least he was able to get a pic of theirs. Mine and Charley's were a little different though. I tied a little black bow around the stick of his and glued black rhinestone thingies down the stick. I put a little bow by the ear on mine and put some of the clear/white rhinestones on the bow. Super cute I think. He didn't get pics of ours. I might have 1 in some of ours though. I'll have to look later. Anyway..

So that's all of the documenting we have from Randy. The rest of the pics will be from our own personal collection. lol Which is very slim. I didn't really take any pics at the reception. For some reason, by the time we got to the reception.. I was feeling a little blah! Which really sucked, cause I wanted to chow down. I think it was just from not really eating anything except for a fruit bar and a bite of cake.. plus the ridiculous heat!!

So Tanis made it back with our guests!! I don't really remember the order of things. So please bear with me on this!! lol

We gave my youngest brother his bag of goodies that we got. This was the best idea we had. He LOVED everything. You would've thought we gave him a new car or something. It was really cute. Tanis and her assistant kept commenting on how funny he was. He's really outgoing!!

Tanis explained to everyone in which order they would fix their plates. Of course we were going 1st!! lol Even though I really didn't think I'd be able to eat that much. Very disappointing to me.

1st my Dad wanted to say the blessing. So he did that, and then we got our plates. Everything looked really good. I didn't eat any of the pastries or sausage. I'm not a big sausage fan. haha I will say the chocolate crepes had no chocolate anywhere in, on, or around them. Don't know what was up with that... but I really wasn't stressing it at the time. We didn't take ANY pics of the food. AHHHHHH Can you feel my anger at this??? lol

Everything was very tasty.. even the bacon!! lol Most of our guests were going back for seconds and thirds... I didn't even finish firsts!!

We passed out the trivia questions for everyone to work on while they were eating. (we should've waited to do this after eating) We kept telling everyone they couldn't use their phone to google the answers!! It wasn't fair. haha

It was about this time that we realized my mom also forget the bag with prizes in our room. Seriously?!?! I'm surprised she remembered to even come to the wedding!! lol So Charley had to run all the way back down to the room. Mind you, we didn't come up the same way everyone else did. He had to find his way back down to our room. Luckily we were right off the Lobby, so it wasn't that difficult. But it took him FOREVER. I was starting to wonder if he was even going to come back at all!!

But he finally made back!! By this time everyone had finished their questions, and I was working on checking over them. I must say.. our families SERIOUSLY need to brush up on their Disney trivia!! haha

Anyway my lil bros table won the trivia. We gave them their prizes.. something simple like Disney themed mugs and key covers.

Tanis made sure we had everything we needed before she left. She had another ceremony starting at 2, so she had to jet. Love that lady!!! She did an awesome job! We could not have asked for a better planner!!!

Anyway. Everyone chatted for a while. I found myself looking at the time several times. I kind of felt like things were lagging.. which I was afraid of. We didn't plan anything besides the trivia. Eating only takes so long. Around 1:30 everyone started getting ready to go. I was like we still have this place for 30 mins!! But by this time, I was just over it. I was tired and ready to get out of my dress.

We told everyone goodbye. Charley's aunts, brother, and SIL helped us carry all of our stuff back to our room. It was a lot of stuff too. We told his aunts to get the flowers out of the vases. We paid for those!! hahaha They took them home. I got my bouquet out of our vase, and we made our way to the exit. We told the wait staff woman goodbye! lol Then the man (still don't remember his name) took a vase off 1 of the shelves and took my bouquet and put it in there. He said I could have it, so I would have something to keep my flowers in, in our room!!! How cool is that?!?! Everybody kept saying, he just gave that to you?? lol You know Disney charges for everything!! (they didn't charge for the vase )

We made our way back to our room and dropped everything off. We told his aunts goodbye since they were driving back to Tampa. We told his bro and SIL we would meet up with them later. We were finally going to be able to change out of our wedding clothes... at 2:15pm... after around 8 hrs of being in them!!! Crazy!

We put on something comfortable. We were going to Epcot with our 2 guests that were leaving that night. But 1st we had to meet my Dad and step-mom in the Lobby. They returned my jewelry to the store on their way home!!

I think that's enough for now. My eyes are starting to cross from being on here so long!!
