We had an ADR at Biergarten so we rushed back over. Turns out...DH wrote down the wrong time....and we were like an hour and a half late (we thought we were 20 mins early!!) oops....They were a little annoyed by us. We took our pager and looked around

This thing is insane.

The food was really great at Biergarten. I was very annoyed during the whole meal due to a really mean chef who didn't like that I was a vegetarian and wanted him to walk me around the buffet. so I did not have fun. but DH did! hahaha so maybe next time it will be better.

So after dinner did have much time before Illuminations so we started looking for a spot. A lot was already taken, but we hadn’t visited Canada yet so we headed that way.
At this very cute fence is where no one was standing

We debated for a while….not understanding why no one was there. Then decided we would give it a shot.

Don’t let stitch fool you…he didn’t actually enter Canada only I did. DH was guarding our spot while I ran around taking photos. I really wanted to see the movie…but we didn’t have time again.

This is what DH was doing while I was gone

The spot stayed pretty clear until right before the show. We had a great view….but still don’t understand why no one wanted to stand there?

So we slowly edged towards the front with the crowd. We headed straight towards mouse gears because we both wanted these vintage Epcot shirts we had saw and today was our last day at Epcot. So we spent a while in there trying to wait til the crowds died down.

Before we left we needed a photo!

Then we headed to the bus stop. The wait was crazy and we had to wait for like 4 buses until we could go home…..we debated going with the monorail but the line was really crazy too. Oh well. We got back and passed out.

There is soo much to do in World Showcase isn't there - Epcot is a 2+ day park for me!

Hehe how funny you got two calls from Mickey & Minnie in the same day!

That's interesting that your English DH likes the American Adventure more than you do! I really really love that show.. the song at the end, Golden Dream, makes me cry every time.. it's so patriotic & emotional!

Okay, I'm caught up again! I love all your photos so much (especially the ones of Canada...for many reasons ) I'm sorry to hear that the Chef at Beirgarten was mean...but that is good your DH liked it. I think it is worth going there for the entertainment and pretzel bread alone.

That is weird that the Canada spot was so empty, I will definitely keep that in mind for the next trip since your view looks like it was really great!

I love all the photos of Stitch randomly appearing! I wasn't looking hard a first, and thought an actual Stitch character just keep showing up in your pics

Yeah I agree...its def a 2 day. We tried to separate it to world showcase one day and futureworld the other....but failed to do everything we wanted.

We were very surprised to get the call twice in one day! Guess world showcase is the best for magical moments.

haha its kind of a joke between us. I'm not huge on being patriotic but DH has become obsessed with learning about America ever since he moved here and will probably be getting citizenship. So I was dragged to american adventure and hall of presidents....and took some nice naps

nope the donkey did not like taking a photo with stitch. I asked DH if stitch is coming with us again next trip....i still haven't gotten an answer so I guess yes. so....maybe next time it will be stitch vs MK.

agreed....I could have even nothing but the pretzel bread..I need to find a recipe to make it all the time. SO good. Do you know if they sell it anywhere else in Germany?

Yep. I def recommend it. everywhere else was packed. we really thought it was one of those weird spots where they don't let you stand.

I got up early (DH was passed out still...) and went to a salon to get hair and makeup down. both were a little different but when I came home DH's jaw dropped and he said 'I love' so....i'm taking that as a good thing. The photographer picked us up at 1:30 at our apartment. We went to the museum that is part of my school and did photos there for about 1 1/2. then we went to the park I posted photos of and the beach. I am hoping everything came out as good as I imagine it in my head! the photographer used all of our props! which made me really happy. fingers crossed....he said I have to wait 2 months for the photos...but there will be previews up in about 2 weeks! so thats good. I will update you all when I know more!

I've very nervous to see them...because of all the problems with the first. but I need to relax I have a long time to worry! and this time I don't have a trip to Disney to cloud my mind!

hahaha...i know. He originally said 1 month when we booked it but he has done a lot of shoots lately so he said it will be closer to 2 months....but what can I do? I'd rather they be edited nicely! I donno how i'll wait. good thing I have school to distract me. next month is going to be crazy.

It was 2 different flavors of slushie (strawberry and blue raspberry I think) and vanilla ice cream

well...those are the best shops! I think American pravillion is more for non americans....though isn't disney itself american enough? haha

We are probably moving back in Spring 2012. which isn't def but thats what we are planning for. DH wants to be back for the Olympics.

Good Evening!

I meant to write this at work....but my bosses were kind of annoying today. sooooo i'm writing it now while DH plays games on his ipod next to me.

Day 8 Part 1

So Today we had an early ADR at 1900 Park Fare. So we hopped on the Downtown Disney bus and got off at the pick up for GF. (such an awesome short cut to figure out how to get to GF faster)

Today was the only day....I got DH to wear his groom ears the whole trip...and I only got about 2 1/2 hours before he was way done with them....siiiigh

So after breakfast we hurried off to MK. DH promised me a photo in from of the castle with our ears before he took them off. (BOO!) of course DH hates all of them because he is making a weird face....soooo hard to see castle but still nice

These trolleys are so cute...they make me smile

So we put our hats in the locker and ran off to have fun. We went on Space (because its a must for me)
Then Carousel of Progress and finally waited on a stupidly long line for Astro Orbiter.

we have pretty much the same photo from our first time at WDW together, this was our first ride of the trip.

Then we went on the TTA

Then DH went to the bathroom and I sat around people watching between Merchant of Venus and Auntie Gravity's when who should start moving slowly around the corner but...PUSH. Now I have been obsessed with PUSH from the moment I found out about him and I wanted some interaction with him. we saw him on day one but he wasn't too interested in us. So while DH is in the bathroom I start video taping him so DH can see. Well sees me and joins me while i'm video taping.....well we were spotted here is our awesome video...click below to view

Then we were on a mission to photograph Mickey and Minnie's homes before they disappear.

Then DH decided he couldn't take he heat....and bought a fan.

We should have bought it at the beginning....especially because one day we almost passed out from heat exhaustion.....but anyway
Then we went on Barnstormer.
Then we ran over to BTM to grab fastpasses and then backtracked to ride pooh. We got a red card, which is the first time ever so we were happy.

for some unknown reason I never realized where this was....haha
I just wanted a shot of the well...but a guy was right in the way and wouldnt move....so I got in there to block him out.

Next we ran back out of the park for Tea at GF....but I will have to hold off on that because i'm getting to sleepy to do anymore. Have a great weekend!
