I've done all the usual problem solving and it isn't helping. My kids and my mule account get on fine.

I sent an email to my husband for help. I'm going to start trying again tomorrow.

Again, sorry for this. I really want the hat, so if I can't get on as queenofhalloween tomorrow, I'll start to play my daughter's account until I have enough credits. iceprincesssky
