Here is an interesting question.

Would you ever consider staying at Jellyrolls until 2am, and then going to the airport for a 5:15 flight?? We would likely check out of BWV the previous morning, but could keep it so that we could take an afternoon nap.

We would then drive through Birmingham rush hour, and be home by mid-morning.

What do you think? What type of issues will we have with ME??

I think you would have to book the room for an extra day in order to get ME the following day.

I'll turn 40 on this trip and DH hit 40 a couple of years ago. We don't have kids.

I haven't done anything like that in a really long time. We are not bar people at all, but do enjoy good music and think jellyrolls would be fun.

Anymore, a week at WDW is the agony and the ecstacy. I absolutely love it, but am absolutely run ragged by the end of the week. On the flip side, I have a really hard time sleeping. 2AM is usually when I quit staring at the ceiling and finally go off to sleep.

On our last trip, we spent the night in Atlanta before a 7am flight to MCO. At first DH and I thought that we would be getting up pretty early. With the 1 hour time difference, the 2 hour lead time at the airport, etc. we had to get up at 3am, our time. With my best efforts, I got an hour's sleep. We were both wiped the next day. We were thankful to get in our room at 2pm and sleep until 5pm.

After that experience, I wondered if we would have been better off to have not even tried to go to sleep.

I also wondered how lively Jellyrolls is at 2am. My thought is that if I'm wide awake at 2am, then get on a bus, then check-in, empty my pockets, etc. (i.e., if I'm busy) then I'll not really notice that I'm supposed to be in bed.

My other thought is that my body's natural clock will kick in and I'll feel like I had too many at Jellyrolls even though I didn't, and I'll get pick-pocketed, catch the wrong flight and everything else because I'm not alert.
