If the guard makes you park across the street behind the Hess station, you might want to consider valet parking, it's about a 1/2 mile walk from that lot.
Even the lot on the Boardwalk side of the street is not very close to Jellyrolls.
Guests without dinner reservations are being sent across the street on weekends during the F&G Festival. It's also been done in the past during the F&W Festival and during holiday periods.
Last Saturday nite we had to park across the street even though we arrived early around 8:00 pm. We had brought two couples with us and were really disappointed in Jelly Rolls. One couple had been before so they understood, but the other couple said they would never go back. Besides being out of on tap beer, they were out of Coors Light, and also all the ingredients for Martinis. Our waitress kept apologizing and said they had really been busy that week. OK sounds like someone forgot to put the bar order in. Also, she told us the manager was singing on stage that nite so our group of six couldn't put two tables together as he would notice. The manager talked through the first hour (sang only two songs) and at that point people started to leave. The second set with two of the regulars was better, but they had the volume turned up and were literally screaming at times. We ended up leaving early (along with a lot of other people). We had gone the previous Sunday and just loved it! Don't know if we ever return if Jellyrolls is now under new management!
