Jedi Training Academy Sign up EMH

I know that the advice is to not do EMH since the park will be more crowded. We were thinking of doing EMH at Hollywood Studios to make Jedi sign up a little (hopefully) easier. My question is this: I know it is unlikely to be able to sign up and hit Toy Story Mania without a long wait. But...what about during morning EMH? We will Fastpass + it, so we will get to ride it either way. But, it would be nice to ride it twice, particularly with the few attractions at HS now. So, what do you think? Depending on how quick Jedi signup is (we will definitely be there 30 minutes before rope drop), what kind of a wait would there be to ride Toy Story right after? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
