Jedi Photos At Tatooine Traders

Anybody know if they still have those customized Jedi photos available at Tatooine Traders in MGM - the ones where they superimpose your picture over a jedi picture? My son wanted one on our last trip & we never got around to going back to the store. That's the one souvenir he's asking for on our trip in 2 weeks so I'm REALLY hoping they still have them. Also, if anyone has an idea what the price is... I've forgotten. Thanks!!!

I think they still have them at MGM. I am certain they have them at MK in the shop just as you are coming off of Stitch. I was waiting for DH and DS in the shop while they were on the ride and there are all different photos - lots of them are Star Wars. It is the shop just beside Auntie Gravity's.

Yes, both stores still have them. We were there mid Oct. and my boys got theirs done at MGM. You could get 1 big picture or 2 small ones but for the life of me I can't remember the cost-sorry.

That sounds great! My son has been a diehard Star Wars fan since he was 2 (he's 11) so I'm sure it will be his favorite too. I guess I could be Mon Mothma, LOL. I'm too old to be Padme!

I notice in your sig that you've just stayed at ASMU. Did you like it? We're staying there in 2 weeks. My son plays trombone in his school's jazz band so he's hoping for the jazz inn. You don't happen to know if you can request a coffee pot in the room? I asked somewhere else & haven't heard back yet. Thanks again!

We did this in April 2005. DS was young Anikan as a pilot. It is a GREAT picture and souveneer. It cost $35.

We loved it at the ASMu! We were in the broadway #8 building which was a bit of a hike to the bus stops, but it was a terrifc stay. I dont belive you can request a coffee pot in the rooms. I talk a walk each morning to the food court and filled up my refillable mug with cofee and grabbed mil at the store for DS cereal. I personally liked the cofee there, but I understand many don't.

I think the biggest suprise about the resort was the food court. The food was pretty good and there was quite the selection.

My DS got one a few years ago, I think it was about $30 then. It was expensive, but it looks fantastic! Everyone that sees it can't quite figure out how it looks like DS, yet doesn't.
