When do sign-ups start on early magic hour days? Early opening time or regular opening time?

Sorry I don't have an answer but would like to add on to your question. If sign ups are at early time would you recommend doing that then TSM or sign ups first? We will only be in HS until 1or 2 at the latest that day.
