JC Penny $10 video camera-Has anyone received it?

My shipping date was scheduled for Dec. 20th but wondering if anyone else got theirs yet? I hope it comes in so I could give it to DD-9 for Christmas

"In stock" and "Pending Shipment"
Date Shipped 12/14/2010.
maybe it's going out today?

Funny thing is I have 2 of these on back order (says will ship this week) and my local JCPenneys has about 20 or so in stock on sale for $29.99. They looks cheap but Im Ok with paying less than $10 for them

mine shipped out yesterday. It says expected in store by the 18th. Yay! it will be here in time for christmas!!

The one I got for my niece (9) who celebrates Christmas has been shipped to the store...I'm awaiting the call. The one I am getting for my DS (just turned 8, who is drowning in Hanukkah and birthday gifts as it is) should ship by 12/20 (no rush on that one!)

I plan to show DN's to DS when I bring it home, and hopefully he will be a little envious so I can gauge his excitement level...LOL.

EDITED TO ADD: Just checked status and the second one shipped yesterday, YAY! (That one is being sent here because they messed up my order online). Maybe it'll even arrive today.

I am not happy with JcPenney at all in regards to these..Mine was showing back ordered until the 20th and all of a sudden on Sunday I decided to check my checking acct online and it showed the JcP had charged me but I never got an email about it and it still shows my order as IN PROCESS..so after calling the 800 number 3 times I was finally able to talk to someone and they said my order should be at our store within 4-7 business days..no one can seem to give me a straight answer..so i called our local store and they said they only get shipments twice a week so I should call (I accidentally put in the phone number wrong and called to let them know and it was suppose to be fixed but then i found out yesterday that they can't fix that), the store did take down the correct number but who knows if they will actually call..Then again what can you expect for a $7 item lol


ETA: now it finally shows as Pending shipment and shows it was shipped today...and now they are IN STOCK

UPS delivered mine tonight. Well, they delivered one of the four I ordered tonight. The bag they were in had been cut (don't think the bag could have ripped or torn) and there was only one in the bag along with the shipping papers. I called the phone number on the paper and will be given a credit for the three that were not in the bag and the nice lady reordered them and said I should have them in three or four days.

About the camera: I would not pay more than $9.00 for one but for $9.00 I think my Dgrandkids will have some fun with them until they break. They take three AAA batteries.

It was for my 3 year old cousin's boy, and if I can not get it in time, I will store it until his BDAY
