Thank you for all of your support! You guys are making my journey so much better. Honestly, I would have never gotten far without these boards (the other WISHers, the challenges, and the journals). WISH is an amazing place!
I'm pretty much OP with my eating, but we did have take-out Chinese yesterday for lunch and leftovers for dinner. I had veggie Moo Shi, shrim fried rice, and veggie chop suey. Honestly, no idea what to eat that would be healthy. Oh yeah, I had a pot sticker too. (I know, I know, that was alot of food, but we never order Chinese, so I had to).
To work off the Chinese, I rode my bike for 30 minutes and did the Bowflex routine too. Plus, this morning I did 20 minutes of pilates. So, I've been good since then. Plus, I'm trying to not feel guilty over occassional treats in life.
I've been very OP with my exercise again and I feel really good when that becomes a focus. I'd like to ride my bike outside soon, but we still have alot of snow and ice and the roads are covered in sand, basically, a recipe for disaster. Since we don't have med insurance, my family needs to be a bit careful these days.
DH and I are falling away from each other, I can really tell that as time goes on. It makes me sad, a bit, but, I think it will be for the better in the long run. I haven't given up, but I can see the writing on the walls. I'm trying to be ok with it (not really in my psyche). We are just in such different places in our life on so many levels. Like I said, I haven't given up, but I'm trying to be strong and really look at what I have and where we are going too. He really does not want to be a family focused kinda guy and that has taken a real toll on me (and the kids too). Some people should just not have kids, ironically, it seems alot of those people have alot of kids. (just my opinion, don't slay me!)
Well, today is the day before Easter, so I need to get my act in gear and go grocery shopping (like everyone else probably). Have a happy Saturday WISHers!
