Java Help

Ok all you computer gurus. I need help getting Java to work so I can print coupons. My control planner says its enablec but it wont show up on my internet options under tools advanced. So confused and not sure what to do next. I checked everything they said to. Even checked Java.

Any help would be appreciated.
