Can you get to Nara, Osaka and miyrajima island from a day trip from Kyoto?

Nara and Osaka, yes.

Miyajima can take 2 to 2.5 hours each way from Kyoto but it's possible. you have to go to Hiroshima first with bullet train then go to Miyajima from there.

We are planning on staying in Kyoto and taking day trips to Nara and Hiroshima. We haven't decided about Osaka yet.
