I noticed that these months are typically value seasons.
We usually like March. Last year it was pretty nice weather, not too hot most of the time and crowds weren't bad at all. I did notice that for Disney Resorts, it is considered Peak rates.
DD's birthday is January 25th, so I thought about doing a trip the end of January through the beginning of February, but...
What is the weather like?
What are the park crowds like during this time?
Are the water parks still open?

The parks are not packed with people either which is great. One water park is always open year round. The one that is closed is having refurbishing done on it.
It didn't help that we had just been cruising for a week with temps in the mid 80s. We didn't have particularly warm clothing, but layered what we had. I wished we had gloves for the first couple hours. We were cold! But after an hour or so at MK it started to warm up.
