Today Marathon+easy afternoon walk 330

520 minutes total. Geeez. I'm tired!
 

An hour Spinning class followed by an hour Step aerobics class brings me to:

Ran my 5k yesterday and took 2nd in my age group. Yay!:banana:

Stepped on the scale today and gained a pound. Boooooooo!:scared1: (Darn those bad, refined carbs!):furious:

So with my warmup and race time, my total goes up to 584/1300. Almost halfway there!:woohoo:

Great weekend of activity
S: 45 minute walk/jog, 1 hour running around at a bounce house at our Y (they let parents join in lol)
S: 20 minute walk
M: 30 minute jog. I am doing a 60 minute circuit class tonight but haven't counted that towards my total yet (will update once it's done)

So,

Had to run inside as it was too cold 27 degrees and patchy ice. Got to stay healthy for the race next weekend.

Ran my 5k yesterday and took 2nd in my age group. Yay!:banana:

AFM: I was planning to do 30 min last night, but decided to scrub the floors and take my son bowling instead. Which I'm not going to count b/c I know me and once I start counting stuff like that... it's a slippery slope! But my arms and back sure are tired from those darn floors! I also pre-made my veggie quiche muffins for the week (from the South Beach diet book) and spent a really long time figuring out my meal plans for everything else too because I'm determined to meet my weight loss goals this week.... So while not exercise related, I decided it was all worth skipping my planned abs and arms workout. :confused3 (is there a cross fingers smiley?)

I think they are quite yummy! I can't remember the recipe off the top of my head but it was super fast and easy to put together. thawed frozen spinach, minced green peppers and minced onions, shredded cheddar cheese and egg substitute. I can't remember the quantities of anything this morning, but I remember you put them in foil muffin cups and bake for 20 min. I generally make a batch and freeze them, then pop them out of the foil cups and into the microwave before work. They are small, but tasty. (Of course I "season" them with salt b/c I am a salt lover... bad i know!)

Got sidetracked this weekend. My DSF passed away Friday so I only put in 45 min run this weekend. Sure hope i can get back on track. Congrats to all who ran this weekend.
