Ran my 5k yesterday and took 2nd in my age group. Yay!![]()

Had to run inside as it was too cold 27 degrees and patchy ice. Got to stay healthy for the race next weekend.

Stepped on the scale today and gained a pound. Boooooooo!(Darn those bad, refined carbs!)
So with my warmup and race time, my total goes up to 584/1300. Almost halfway there!![]()

AFM: I was planning to do 30 min last night, but decided to scrub the floors and take my son bowling instead. Which I'm not going to count b/c I know me and once I start counting stuff like that... it's a slippery slope! But my arms and back sure are tired from those darn floors! I also pre-made my veggie quiche muffins for the week (from the South Beach diet book) and spent a really long time figuring out my meal plans for everything else too because I'm determined to meet my weight loss goals this week.... So while not exercise related, I decided it was all worth skipping my planned abs and arms workout.(is there a cross fingers smiley?)
