Seattle Travel

I've read that Seattle has an attraction similar to Soarin', called Wings over Washington. To any Seattle locals who have visited that attraction, how safe or unsafe is its neighborhood?
I was there years ago and if I remember correctly it was right by the big wheel or near it unless it has moved. I would suggest the wheel, boat ride, and zoo. And a Mariners game if they are in town. We felt totally safe walking around most places but it was a long time ago.

Very easy to take the light rail from the airport to downtown. Kind of annoying that you need to walk to the far edge of the parking garage to get there, but you'll be fine with light luggage.

The Pinball Museum and food in Chinatown were both great. Pike Street just east of I-5 has a lot of good restaurants too. La Parisienne French Bakery is fantastic.

Oh then you should feel pretty comfy in Seattle! Btw, I used to live in Fairfield!

i'm on the eastern side of the state but we last lived in Dixon! btw-i just heard the other day that anheiser busch is leaving fairfield, that's got to be a nasty hit to the local economy :(

Seattle is a lot like Santa Cruz with rain

I miss santa cruz, I went every summer as a kid. the big dipper, the carousel-and before the earthquake destroyed it some of the older attractions at the far end of the boardwalk.
