I have 20 minutes to add to my total...I have been sick all week :sick: I guess it's a good thing that I'm upset that I can't exercise right? Attitude is changing and all that?

I am at 1480/1800 so far this month. Doesn't look good for making goal at this point but I will do what I can.

What I REALLY need to do is get back on track with food! I got off plan over Thanksgiving & still have not gotten completely back on track yet! I'm hoping that by admitting it here will help to get me motivated because my scale sure doesn't like what I've been doing the last couple of months!

Not sure how much exercise I'll get in tomorrow, but here is where I stand as of now.

1/20 = 33 min.
1/21 = 30 min.
1/22 = 30 min.
1/23 = 20 min.
1/24 = 20 min.
1/25 = 40 min.
1/26 = 70 min.
1/27 = 28 min.
1/28 = 40 min.
1/30 = 30 min.

That brings me to 881/750. I guess I'll raise my goal for next month. Wanted to achieve my goal this month. Felt that was important so as to keep me more positive and more likely to achieve it as I was progressing.

Looking forward to 900 min. in Feb.

Off to update & to post the February challenge.

Hopefully next month I will be on more as the warranty company is replacing our desktop...should arrive in about a week....I hope!

Next month I need to get to the pool. I got a 15 visit pass to the aquatic center about a mile away & haven't even seen inside it yet. But, it's only good until 3/21 & I can't go more than 3x/week, so I'd best get there. Unfortunately, I can't wear my Bugg while swimming.

Looks like everyone is doing very well for the beginning of the year. Off to next month! I'll finish updating this around Wednesday.

i logged 390/780.
i decided to ease into my lifestyle change, rather than go full force at the beginning. i'm on target and exercising every day now...see you all in feb!
 
70 minutes today for 1084/1500 - I'll take that since I was sick for a week.:thumbsup2
