January Exercise Challenge - YOUR chance for a new beginning!

Wow... this thread is getting long this month! I'll have to try harder to keep up!

1/7 40 minutes

1/8 30 minutes

1/9 none (ran out of time!)

1/10 none (intended day off)

1/11 none (migraine)

1/12 153 minutes (back on track!)

1/13 40 minutes (so far)

That brings me to.......623/1375. I'll have to get moving if I am going to meet my goal for this month!................P

Did another 60 minutes tonight. That brings me to 683/1375.............P
 
Better late than never - please allow me to join in. We just returned from WDW Marathon Weekend where I finished my first half marathon!!

My goal is 1,000 - so far, I am at 269.
 

Only got in 30 minutes today....430/1000

1-13-10 60 min Nordic Track
1-14-10 40 min Treadmill

Congrats on the 1/2 Sk8ingMom! I did one here about 3 yrs ago....walking, of course, but it was an awesome accomplishment!

Glad to see so many here.....doing something right for themselves!!

55 min walk today to make it 400/500. Looks like I may have aimed to low for my first month. I am proud of myself.:goodvibes
 
I'm more than half way there, and the month isn't halfway over, so I'm happy.
I'm at 520/1000.

I had 60 minutes yesterday and 100 today for a total of 740/1000 minutes :banana::banana:
 
Did the 30 Day Shred yesterday :scared1: so only got in 20 minutes.....450/1000
 
I have not been on to update much..very busy right now so I'm thrilled to be squeezing in my workouts. I'm keeping a log on my treadmill so keeping track there.

as of today I'm 655/960



I'm getting in at least 4x week. My problem is that when i bump up the exercise I tend to justify a bite here and bite there of something extra so that hinders the weight loss. That's ok to do once I'm maintaining but I need to get that in check or this is going to be a very long process popcorn::
 
1/15 45 minutes (I may get in a bit more at the Y tonight)

Not a big week for the computer for me, but I did get some exercise in. I had a 20 minute day and a 60 minute day. That brings me to 240/600
