January Exercise Challenge **UPDATED Jan 7th**

successful gall bladder surgery Monday (out patient, of course) and feeling really good. Today did a slow mile on the treadmill - just counting 15 minutes so that gives me..........

105/500 for the month

but even though it will be slower, I plan to get some minutes added from now on!

Just got back from marathon and I am so syked about exercising! As much as i would love to lsoe some weight in the mean time, I have also quit smoking so not sure if I will but I am in anyway..........

I seriously damaged my body by over eating the past few montsh. I am back at 178 I havent been that weight in over a year! anyway glad to be back on board.

My goal is to start out with 800 minutes this month!
today is the 11th and was my first day back (post marathon) to the gym I did 30 minutes at the gym. I guess however I should count to 1/2 my time was 2:48:39 so thats 168 plus 30?

198 minutes.

I did 30 min on the treadmill yesterday. Today, I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike and 20 Biggest Loser DVD. I am now at 335/500. :cool1:

Walked for 30 minutes yesterday. I was willing to do more but my dh wanted to stop. I always used to think that I needed someone to be with me to motivate me to keep exercising, but the most time that I have done since starting back was when I was by myself. :confused3 That is good though. That means that I am motivated for myself and not just because someone else is pushing me to do it. :cool1:

Took yesterday off...did 45 minutes on the TM today!

Life keeps upsetting my plans so I missed a couple of days, but I had a 35 minute walk with hubby tonight so I am now
