I definitely want in on this one if it isn't too late! After a month and a half of nonstop eating, I'm ready to get myself back on track....
My goal this month is going to be considerably higher than months past, but I need the push, so I'm looking at 1,000 minutes of exercise this month.
Today I did 30 minutes and yesterday I did 55 minutes for a grand total thus far of 85 minutes.
