January Exercise Challenge **UPDATED Jan 7th**

I did the 1 mile WATP today (15 mins) for a total of 40/300
 
Hi all,

I got in 30 minutes and 1 mile on the treadmill as well as some ab work. I feel like I'm off to a good start. Last week I wasn't even motivated to get to the gym.
 
Please add 45 min. for a total of 105/500.

I definitely want in on this one if it isn't too late! After a month and a half of nonstop eating, I'm ready to get myself back on track....

My goal this month is going to be considerably higher than months past, but I need the push, so I'm looking at 1,000 minutes of exercise this month.

Today I did 30 minutes and yesterday I did 55 minutes for a grand total thus far of 85 minutes.

If it is not too late, can I join this challenge as well? I am hoping joining these challenges will help keep me motivated. Can you sign me up for 500? Oh, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today. Thanks.

I did 30 minutes of cardio & 30 minutes of my Firm tape today, so put me down for a total of 60/800.
 
I would like to join the challenge too please. I am not sure how many minutes will be good for this month, but I have a large goal of weight to lose so I will go for 900 minutes this month. I can see how I do and hopefully do even better next month!

I'm in! I have not been on line but I am exercising!

My goal is my usual 2000 min.

So far I am at 120/2000.

60 min walking
60 min bicycle.

I am off to a good start - Monday I did The Firm Body Sculpt for 50min and yesterday I did Fat Burning Pilates for 45min and walked for 40min.

That puts me at 190/1500! :cheer2:
 
i went to ballet last night (45 mins) and just did 40 mins of pilates

ladies -- my inner thighs are NOT happy :)

I went on a walk with hubby last night for 30 minutes and another 30 on the treadmill this morning so I am now...

I feel sheepish with so low a goal, but as I am very overweight I think it's pretty realistic

I did 25 minutes on the elliptical (sp?)today.That puts me at 85/750.I better get busy! :)
