What type of crowds/weather can I expect this weekend? Been to WDW dozens of times, but never in the winter months. Gonna be there for an unexpected three day weekend and am very excited!

We have been here since Saturday and the weather is great. Right now it is 83 and sunny. They are predicting highs in the mid to high 70s for the rest of the week. This is our fourth year coming down during the winter value season and it is great.
Thanks for the quick response - wow, the weather sounds wonderful, I hope it holds out through the week. I enjoy the hot weather and always visit in the summer months so I was a little nervous about the weather this week. How are the crowds?
I'm a January Orlando veteran. Expect highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s. Be prepared, since cooler weather can arise quickly - I was in Orlando in January 2000 and saw 3 days with highs in the 40s! (That's really unusual, but keeping a sweatshirt handy is a good idea.)
WDW park traffic should be light, and you should have virtually no problems with any kind of lines, although weekends may be a little busy. FastPass should get you through just fine.
When we went a few years ago, it was predicted to be in the upper 70s and when we got there it was in the 50s. And much colder at night. I would say, bring knit gloves and hats just in case.
Just got back from a 1/16-1/21 trip, and the weather was great. Every day in the mid 70's except for Wed which was in the low 60's but sunny!
Everything was a walk on except Soarin' on Saturday. But the stand by sign said a 50 minute wait at 11:30 am (fast pass returns were already at 4:30 pm and we were leaving the resort at 4:30 to catch our plane, so FP was out of the question) So we decided to wait, and it turned out to be a quick 20 minute wait.
Martin Luther King weekend is VERY busy; otherwise this is my new favorite time to visit, even if certain attractions are down for rehab.
I would never ever go in July; the heat is unbearable and the lines are LONG. (I have relatives and friends who've gone during this time).

The crowds are very light as usual. Only used FastPass for Sor'in. Make those ADRs though as LeCellier was completely sold out last night even though the crowds were light. We had 7pm ADRs and enjoyed a great meal.
Just got back yesterday. It was very light crowds, and warm. My kids were in the pool every day and we went to Blizzard Beach one day also. I think I heard them say it was going to get cooler this week, but it was still going to be in the 70's. Still nice.

Was the water very cold at BB? Sounds like you had a great trip! WE got back on the 11th and all the way home DH said we are not going back at least for 3 years no way find somewhere else to go. Then last night he said make sure you are saving for Disney next January. The weather in the beginning of january was warm a few days then it got cold for a few days but it was still a blast even on the cold days.
