Hi everyone. My DH, DD and I will be on this cruise. Thank you, accola, for letting me know about this meet thread. We're newer to the disboards, and having a blast learning about what's in store for us. It's also our first Disney cruise. We just can't wait!

I have been watching the thread and love all the information that has been shared about who people are and tips they are sharing. I along with many can't wait to get out of this cold and at where the temp is at least above the freezing level.

Anyway I just wanted to confirm a couple of things.

Is the meet and greet still on for Saturday @ 3:00?

Accola - Could you please add me to your magnet swap and let me know any information about this.

Cdndizzylizzy - Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you but I guess I haven't posted enough messages to allow me to PM you back. But the information that you sent sounds just like Danielle so I will pass along that information. If you like PM your e-mail and I will contact you that way.

Hi Tigger Mom: yes, meet and greet is still on for any and all to attend....looking forward to meeting you!! Promenade Lounge at 3pm Saturday before life boat drill. Please stop by and say Hello!

We have clothes all over just need to put them in the suit case, hopefully tomorrow. We'll take warmer weather in a heartbeat it's 12 degrees now so 80 sounds perfect for us. We'll be swimming in the pool and ocean!! See you in 2 weeks!! Laurie

80's sounds great to me. We live in Colorado and are only getting an occasional 50 degrees. So were ready. I figured a light jacket over are tank top would be ok. I need to get my rear in gear. Do the rooms have blow dryers in them?

Yes, your cabin does have a blow dryer....not the best in the world, but it does work. They do get very very hot so be cautious when using it. See you in 2 weeks!!

Is Palo's easy to book once on the ship?

Hi,

If you want to book a Palo reservation you should go immediately to Rockin Bar D after walking into the lobby and having your name announced. In Rockin Bar D, you can arrange a reservation immediately if there are slots left for the meal that you want - i.e. brunch or dinner - or you can put your name on a waiting list.

The other thing that I have read is that sometimes you can just show up at Palo and if a group has "no-showed" sometimes you can get in...

But definitely get to RBD as soon as possible...

PS - Is the exchange going to happen at the meet & Greet on Saturday?

You're free to bring them to the Meet & Greet if you would like or make your way around the ship on a little adventure and put them on the participants cabin doors - I would guees that not everyone attending the meet & greet will be participating in the exchange and not all participants in the exchange will make it to the meet & greet.

I sent out a listing of the participants in the exchange to everyone on my list participating today - let me know if you didn't receive it.

We started getting a little more serious about packing this weekend - of course that meant we had to go shopping.

I just finished sending the map with cabins on the Magnet Exchange to the participants that requested it. I forgot to mention that the blue text denotes the Fish Extender participants. Everyone on the map is a Magnet Exchange participant - regardless of the color.

So.....how will the Steelers do??? Maybe I'll have to cheer for them since my Packers are resting for next year.

We are from River Falls. I migrated from Minnesota after the wedding 10 years ago. Neil was born and raised in Wisconsin. He keeps telling me that the grass is greener and the sky is bluer. Yah, yah, yah....and something about being a shareholder.

Neil gave me a scare this week. He spent the night in the hospital. Everything is fine and I'm glad it happened this week.
